Final cleaning

Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine), underfloor heating, cleaning supplies and a balcony. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Booking information

Deposit: your booking becomes binding as soon as we receive your deposit. The deposit is 30% of the total price.
The remaining balance is paid on site by bank transfer, cash, debit card or credit card.

Cancellation conditions: free cancellation is currently not available. In the event of cancellation, the 30% deposit already paid will not be refunded.

Price information

All prices are all-inclusive (excluding tourist tax) and include final cleaning. The exact amount is calculated by our booking system; simply send us a non-binding enquiry.

The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night from the age of 14 and is charged on site.
Child discounts: children up to the age of 14 stay free of charge.

Holiday information

Check-in: from 2:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:00 am; for late arrivals, our key box is available
Minimum stay: 3 nights, and longer depending on the season
Dogs: your dog is very welcome here (€15.00 per night). You only need to take care of the food; it is best to bring it from home.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only

Food & shopping

Whether you want to cook in your apartment or eat out, Riscone has everything you need: a bakery, supermarket, cosy bars and restaurants right in the village, just a short stroll from your apartment. There is also a pharmacy in Riscone, with many more shops in nearby Brunico (3 km).

Thinking ahead & travelling sustainably

You will be staying in a particularly energy-efficient building (ClimateHouse standard), with a photovoltaic system, district heating from wood chips and triple glazing. Our water comes straight from the tap, unfiltered; charging stations are available for your car or e-bike, and we also separate waste carefully. We are not perfect, but every day we make an extra effort to work more sustainably and treat our surroundings with care.
