  • Lift and step-free access throughout the building; two apartments are additionally equipped for guests with disabilities.

  • Free underground garage with charging stations for cars and e-bikes, bike storage, plus mountain bikes and bicycles available to borrow free of charge

Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine), underfloor heating, cleaning supplies and a balcony. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Price information

All prices are all-inclusive (excluding tourist tax) and include final cleaning. The exact amount is calculated by our booking system; simply send us a non-binding enquiry.

  • The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night from the age of 14 and is charged on site.
  • Child discounts: children up to the age of 14 stay free of charge.
Booking information
  • Deposit: your booking becomes binding as soon as we receive your deposit. The deposit is 30% of the total price.
  • The remaining balance is paid on site by bank transfer, cash, debit card or credit card.

  • Cancellation conditions: free cancellation is currently not available. In the event of cancellation, the 30% deposit already paid will not be refunded.
Holiday information
  • Check-in: from 2:00 pm
  • Check-out: by 10:00 am; for late arrivals, our key box is available
  • Minimum stay: 3 nights, and longer depending on the season
  • Dogs: your dog is very welcome here (€15.00 per night). You only need to take care of the food; it is best to bring it from home.
  • Smoking is permitted outdoors only
